About the Book

The Ancient Design Diet is a simple diet based on your own genetics and ancestry that puts the power in the hands of the dieter instead of the diet plan.  The Theory of the Ancient Design Diet is that humans have been around for tens of thousands of years and were integrated into their natural surroundings like the animals and plants they coexisted with throughout time.  Our bodies evolved on a specific diet during this period and our ancestors only consumed what foods were available in their local region.  Through time and advances in civilization we lost this diet of locally available food.  The Ancient Design Diet takes us back to this way of eating and guides you through the process of creating a diet based on the foods your ancestors ate and that your body is designed to consume.  Once you complete this book, you should be able to design a diet that will lead to a healthier lifestyle.
